Emails are throttled (SmarterMail)

When sending messages from SmarterMail result in the following error Email_ throttled, this means that you have exceeded the limit of outgoing emails you can send per hour.

There is a limitation of 250 Emails per hour that we have imposed on all our Shared servers in order to prevent said servers from being blacklisted. 

Please note that all throttled messages will not be rejected, nor deleted but will only be delayed and will eventually be send with the next batch. You can see that illustrated on the screen-shot below with the default settings we have configured.
